1. Operations Executive
Role:
- Execute transactions on financial securities such as mutual funds, shares, bonds, fixed deposits and others
- Maintain and update records of client details
- Maintain and update records of transactions conducted
- Connect with asset management companies for follow-ups and query resolution
Requirement:
- Degree holder
- Proficiency in using a computer
- Ability to grasp and learn to operate software platforms
- Ability to enter data and fill forms accurately
2. Client Support Executive
Role:
- Handle client queries on operational matters related to their investments (MFs, shares etc)
- Maintain and update records of client details
- Co -ordinate with clients on operational
- Use of various back end-software to generate reports related to investments
Requirement:
- Degree holder
- Proficiency in using a computer
- Ability to grasp and learn to operate software platforms
- Good verbal and written communication
